This Blue and White ‘Fruit and Floral’ Dish captures the serene elegance and balanced artistry characteristic of the Hongzhi period, an era celebrated for purity of glaze and refinement of brushwork. The dish features meticulously painted fruiting branches and blossoms — motifs symbolizing abundance, vitality, and the harmony of nature.
Executed in brilliant underglazed cobalt blue, the decoration embodies the technical excellence of the Hongzhi imperial kilns, renowned for their clarity, symmetry, and spiritual grace. Each piece is handcrafted using authentic Ming techniques, painted with natural mineral pigments, and fired up to 1280 °C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond.

Description
The shallow rounded sides rising from a tapered foot to an everted rim, freely painted with a gardenia spray bearing two blossoms in underglaze blue on the center, below sprays of pomegranate, lotus, grape and rose in the rim.

These handcrafted masterpieces are not allowed for return, except for quality issues, damage, or wrong items upon the receipt of items.
The returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Special order items cannot be returned.
As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
