Qing Dynasty Kangxi Emperor (1662–1722) official kiln porcelain vase.
This Blue and White ‘Phoenix Tail’ Zun reflects the grace, discipline, and refined artistry that flourished under the Kangxi imperial kilns. Its flaring neck — known as the “phoenix tail” — evokes rebirth, harmony, and immortality, while the deep cobalt-blue painting depicts floral scrolls and cloud motifs, symbolizing prosperity and eternal balance.

Each piece is handcrafted using authentic imperial porcelain techniques, painted with natural cobalt mineral pigments, and fired up to 1280 °C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond. During the Kangxi reign, artisans achieved new levels of depth and brilliance by combining traditional blue-and-white brushwork with Western-inspired perspective and tonal shading, resulting in porcelain masterpieces of unmatched elegance.

This Zun stands as a timeless expression of imperial sophistication, balancing artistry and symbolism in perfect harmony.
