This Blue and White ‘Peach and Bats’ on Yellow-ground Fortune Vase epitomizes the Yongzheng court’s mastery of symbolic artistry and color harmony. The ripe peaches, representing longevity and vitality, are paired with flying bats (“fu,” 福)—symbols of blessing and prosperity—set against a radiant imperial yellow glaze, the color of virtue, enlightenment, and royal authority.
Each piece is handcrafted using imperial blue-and-white porcelain techniques, painted with natural mineral pigments, and fired up to 1280 °C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond. During the Yongzheng reign, artisans achieved extraordinary brilliance by integrating traditional Chinese craftsmanship with Western painting and color technology, creating exceptional depth, luminosity, and refinement.

Description
The large vase is decorated with a large peach tree bearing nine peaches and blossoms growing amongst lingzhi and bamboo below bats in flight, all reserved on a yellow enamelled ground.

The returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Special order items cannot be returned.
As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
