This Blue and White ‘Lotus and Mandarin Ducks’ Plate exemplifies the pioneering artistry of the Yuan imperial kilns, where blue-and-white porcelain first reached technical and aesthetic maturity. The design depicts mandarin ducks swimming among lotus blossoms, symbolizing love, marital harmony, and purity of heart—one of the most cherished motifs in Chinese decorative art.
Painted in underglazed cobalt blue of deep, flowing tone, each brushstroke reveals the vigor and freedom characteristic of early Yuan craftsmanship. Each plate is handcrafted using authentic imperial kiln methods, painted with natural mineral pigments, and fired up to 1280 °C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond.

The returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Special order items cannot be returned.
