The vivid ruby-red glaze forms a rich backdrop for delicately painted floral motifs symbolizing prosperity, renewal, and imperial grace. Each piece is handcrafted using traditional imperial kiln techniques, painted with natural mineral pigments, and fired up to 1280 °C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond. The vase is finely decorated with scrolling lotus stem and alternating with exotic flowers borne on scrolling leafy stems on a ground of rich ruby color, all between borders of multi-colored petals to the base and ruyi heads around the mouth rim.
