Refund and Return policy
As each piece on Royal Kecloud is handcrafted art, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage clients to review product details carefully or contact us before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you may request a return, replacement, or refund.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@royalkecloud.com.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Claims made after 3 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
If you have not received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@royalkecloud.com for assistance.
