Each piece is handcrafted using authentic Yuan kiln techniques, painted with natural cobalt mineral pigments, and fired up to 1280 °C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond. The Yuan blue and white porcelain vase is the first to be made with a gourd vase, and this eight-sided gourd vase is a unique shape in Yuan blue and white porcelain. It is large in size and beautifully decorated. The color of the blue material is calm and steady, with a purple tinge in the blue. The glaze is lustrous and smooth like jade. The process of making the vase is complicated, and the difficulty of firing it is not easy. It is a real national treasure because of the scarcity of its existence.
