Qing Dynasty Qianlong Emperor (1736–1795) imperial kiln porcelain vase. This Turquoise-Ground Famille Rose ‘Bajixiang’ Pear-Shaped Bottle Vase represents the supreme artistry and auspicious spirit of Qing imperial porcelain. The vibrant turquoise glaze radiates tranquility and renewal, while the hand-painted Eight Buddhist Emblems (Bajixiang, 八吉祥) symbolize prosperity, virtue, peace, and spiritual harmony.
The elegant pear-shaped form (yuhuchunping, 玉壶春瓶) reflects purity and graceful continuity. Each vase is handcrafted using traditional imperial kiln and Famille Rose enameling techniques, painted with natural mineral pigments, then fired up to 1280°C in kiln to be finished products, keeping forever like a diamond. It embodies the imperial balance of artistry, symbolism, and cultural refinement that defined Qianlong’s golden age.

Description
Finely enamelled on the globular body with large lotus blooms, and with upside-down bats on the neck, all against a network of floral scrolls on a turquoise-ground, the tapering neck flanked with a pair of ruyi-form handles in iron-red and gilt, the flared mouth rim similarly decorated with an iron-red band, further decorated with a band of classic scroll, supported on a slightly splayed foot.

The returned/exchanged product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Special order items cannot be returned.
As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.
