Description
The full, pear-shaped body raised on a short, slightly spreading foot, rising to a slender neck and widely everted trumpet mouth, painted in blue cobalt with four powerful striding five-clawed dragon among clouds, their teeth and claws curled and their bodies curled in a fierce manner. The base is decorated with a circle of clouds.
The vessel is beautiful and exquisite, and the blue material used is Suma Li blue. The green material used is Suma-li green, but it has been integrated with domestic material. As a result, the color is slightly light and elegant, and the tire is white with a slight greenish tinge. The glaze is lustrous, and there is no mark on the bottom, which makes it valuable for collection.

About “YuHuChunPing”
Yuhuchun first appeared in the temples of the Tang dynasty (608–917 AD) as a holy water vase. By the Song dynasty (960-1279) the form had become a popular type of wine vessel. During the Yuan dynasty (1271–1368) the shape became more refined as well as being decorated with both underglaze blue and red. This tradition continued into the Ming dynasty (1368–1644) and into the Qing dynasty (1644-1912). Today they are often referred to as "Pear Shaped vases". During the Yuan and Ming dynasties the form was further adapted by the addition of handles and spouts for wine.
